Siena in Oakton, Virginia
Grades 3-8* in the 2021-2022 school year
*Adding high school grades in future years.
The Siena School’s Oakton, Virginia, campus is opening this Fall 2021. We are excited to expand our ability to reach students who will benefit from an education designed specifically for students with dyslexia and similar language-based learning differences.
The academic curriculum at the Oakton campus utilizes the same curriculum as the Silver Spring campus, and is grounded in the latest evidence-based research to teach students with dyslexia. All faculty members receive the same expert instruction and training.
The Oakton campus, conveniently located off Interstate 66, is part of a larger complex. It has bright classrooms, a large multi-purpose area, and a “piazza” (dining area). It features 11 acres of wooded space, walking paths, garden and play areas, and access to beautiful outdoor learning and community spaces.
STUDENT BODY: The school will serve approximately 20-30 students in grades 3-8 during the 2021-2022 school year, and it will add additional grades going forward.
CLASS SIZE: Classes are limited to 10 students per teacher.
VISIT US: We host a virtual tour of the Oakton campus and program every Tuesday from 9:30-11:00 am. We encourage you to set up a discovery call with the admissions team to learn more about the admissions process.
