Beth Fabijanic
Humanities Department Chair, Middle School English Teacher

Beth Fabijanic, humanities department chair and middle school English teacher, has been teaching English language arts across grade levels at Siena since 2008. Ms. Fabijanic holds an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from DePaul University and a B.A. in Drama Studies, cum laude, from Northwestern University. She has completed training in multisensory instruction from ASDEC, arts integration from the Kennedy Center, child yoga, and social-emotional learning. In 2018, she partnered with Siena's Marian Carpenter to write an article on multisensory techniques for teaching writing which was published in the Spring 2018 edition of Independent Teacher, published by The National Association of Independent Schools. In 2019 and 2022, she was a presenter at the AMLE conference and she also serves on AMLE's Teacher Leader Committee.

Why I Teach At Siena: because I enjoy seeing our students gain confidence in themselves and working with colleagues who inspire and support each other to excel at our mission.
