Aaron de Lisser-Ellen

Aaron de Lisser-Ellen, paraeducator, is a native of Chevy Chase, Maryland. He joins Siena after working last year as a teaching assistant at The Auburn School and also has experience teaching third grade in Montgomery County Public Schools. He obtained a B.S in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and his M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Maryland, College Park. During his time at Saint Joseph’s University, he completed sports marketing internships with the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and the Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer team. Outside the classroom, he enjoys going to baseball and football games, playing piano, hiking, conducting genealogy research, and exploring different cultures.
Why I Teach At Siena: I feel connected to the school’s mission and I want to do my part to make an impact for the students within Siena’s small, student-centered educational environment.
