Evan Jenkins

Evan Jenkins, digital photography teacher, holds a Bachelor of Science in Photography with a minor in Psychology from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He has worked as a marketing photographer, creative, and Photo Director for Baked Magazine, which earned “Best Feature Magazine” in Pinnacle’s 2016/2017 College Media Awards. Evan also has experience supporting teens with learning differences through his work as a Resident Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Governor’s Institute of Vermont’s Arts Institute. His artistic practice spans photography, film, poetry, and mixed media.

Why I Teach at Siena: I believe Siena builds a community for young artists to thrive, one that celebrates individuality and nurtures artistic passion. I teach here to help students explore their creative process, develop their skills, and grow with confidence as artists.
